Commercial Property Solicitor (Legal Director) Position: 7+ Years PQE – West Midlands – £105,000+ (DOE). JOB REF: 3447. As the appointed Legal Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strength and success of the Commercial Property department of this leading law firm. The Role

You will be confident and capable of leading, mentoring, and developing a growing team of commercial property specialists. Build and strengthen client relationships, encouraging repeat and referral business. Represent the firm at networking events, industry forums, and business development initiatives. You will also be responsible for overseeing complex transactions, including sales, acquisitions, leases, and re‑mortgages.

Skills Required

Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 7 Years PQE looking for that next step in their career. A proven track record in team leadership and management. Strong business development skills, with the ability to grow client relationships and revenue streams. Excellent technical knowledge of commercial property law and transaction processes.
