You will be confident and capable of leading, mentoring, and developing a growing team of commercial property specialists Build and strengthen client relationships, encouraging repeat and referral business Represent the firm at networking events, industry forums, and business development initiatives You will also be responsible for overseeing complex transactions, including sales, acquisitions, leases, and re-mortgages

Skills Required
