The firm is known for its people-first culture, high-quality work and long-term career development. You’ll join a well-established Commercial Property team, working alongside experienced Partners in a supportive and collaborative environment, with real scope to shape your career. The Role The successful candidate will manage a varied commercial property caseload, including:

Development matters, including site acquisitions and set-up Sales, purchases and leasing of commercial premises Non-contentious landlord and tenant work Drafting and negotiating leases, licences and agreements for lease Property finance and development transactions Title investigations, due diligence and reporting

You will manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision and support, handling up to c.100 matters depending on complexity. The Ideal Candidate

Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales 2-5 years’ PQE in general commercial property work Experience in acquisitions, disposals and commercial leasing Development experience desirable but not essential Strong drafting skills and commercial awareness Excellent client care and communication skills Proactive, flexible and a strong team player
