You will be dealing with a full and varied caseload of commercial property matters including commercial leases, commercial and residential development matters and also site acquisitions along with landlord and tenant advice. THE CANDIDATE Working within an established team with a strong client base, the appointed Commercial Property Lawyer will be expected possess at least 12 months experience in conducting their own caseload of commercial property transactions within a busy work environment.
