Commercial Property / Real Estate - NQ+ Solicitor 

Our client requires an NQ+ real estate solicitor to join their Hampshire offices.

The Role and Responsibilities

The successful commercial property solicitor will be joining one of the largest real estate teams in the UK and will advise an impressive variety of clients including:

• Commercial and residential developers
\n\t
• Investors
\n\t
• Major corporate occupiers
\n\t
• Banks/funders
\n

Offering exceptional market knowledge to their clients, the team holds an excellent reputation with clients and the market generally.

The Candidate Profile

The firm is seeking a real estate solicitor able to demonstrate:

\n\t
• A newly qualified with up to 2 years of PQE
\n\t
• Training gained from a leading real estate team
\n\t
• Experience advising and representing clients on a variety of general real estate matters.
\n
