Friendly, down-to-earth culture with genuine flexibility and wellbeing focus
Clear progression pathway with opportunities to supervise and grow the team
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a collaborative and well-established team in Macclesfield. You’ll step into a friendly, people-first environment where the culture is genuinely supportive, progression is encouraged, and lawyers are trusted to work independently without pressure or targets that compromise client care.
From day one, you’ll manage a broad range of commercial property transactions independently. Over your first six months, you’ll pass probation, settle into the team and start building your own caseload while becoming confident with the firm’s case management system. Within 12 months, you’ll be handling a full caseload autonomously, contributing to business development and maintaining compliance.
You’ll join a long-established firm with multiple offices across the North West, a strong local reputation, and a warm, down-to-earth working culture. This is a genuinely exciting opportunity for a solicitor looking for both autonomy and stability in a progressive, friendly team.
