Commercial Property Solicitor, 7+ years’ PQE, Greater Manchester, Well established local law firm offering full or part time hours -

\nAs the newly appointed Commercial Property Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert advice and representation to a diverse range of clients. Your responsibilities will include:

\n• Handling a wide variety of commercial property matters, including leases, acquisitions, disposals, and development projects.
\n• Conducting due diligence and preparing legal documentation.
\n• Negotiating and drafting contracts, agreements, and leases.
\n• Advising clients on property-related legal issues and offering strategic solutions.
\n• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients

\nTo excel in this role, you should possess the following:
\n• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial property law.
\n• Proven expertise in handling a broad range of commercial property transactions.
\n• In-depth knowledge of property law, regulations, and best practices.
\n• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
\n• Strong attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving abilities.
\n• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations
