Central London | Boutique Law Firm (Top 200) | £65,000 - £72,000My client, a highly regarded Top 200 boutique law firm in Central London is seeking a experienced Commercial Property Solicitor/Associate to join its growing and well-established real estate team.This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor looking to work on high-quality matters within a supportive, partner-led environment, offering genuine responsibility and client exposure.You will be handling a broad and varied commercial property caseload, including:Acquisitions and disposals of commercial propertyLandlord and tenant matters (leases, renewals, variations)Development workProperty finance and secured lendingActing for a diverse client base including investors, developers, SMEs and high-net-worth individualsYou will work closely with partners and have direct client contact from day one.

3-4 years' PQE in commercial propertyStrong technical skills and commercial awarenessConfident managing matters independently with appropriate supervisionA collaborative and proactive approach
