Due to continued growth, the Spalding office is looking to welcome an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to the team.

The Opportunity: This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor with 3 years PQE or more to join a dynamic and well-established team. You'll work on varied and high-quality matters, supporting clients through complex transactions and contributing to the continued success of the Spalding office.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on a broad range of commercial property matters including acquisitions and disposals, leases, development projects, property finance, and landlord and tenant matters.
