Jameson Legal is working with a leading South East commercial law firm with a top-ranked commercial and technology practice. The practice is seeking an experienced Commercial & Technology Lawyer to join its highly regarded team in Surrey.

You will advise on a wide variety of commercial and technology matters, including IT and digital business projects, commercial contracts, data protection, competition law, and franchising. The team serves a diverse client base ranging from in-house legal teams and well known brands to multinationals, FTSE 100 corporates, owner-managed businesses, and entrepreneurs. Much of the work has an international or cross-border element, providing exposure to complex, high-quality matters.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative, supportive environment while developing a broad and highly commercial practice. The role is ideal for lawyers who are looking to continue in commercial or IT law, or for those with a regulatory or competition focus seeking to expand into a wider range of sectors.

You'll bring at least three years' PQE with strong technical skills, commercial awareness, and excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Team players with high-quality experience and the confidence to manage client work independently will thrive in this role.
