The Role You will advise on a wide range ofcommercial, technology and intellectual property matters, supporting both UK and international clients. The role will include:

Drafting and negotiatingcommercial contracts and technology agreements Advising onsoftware development, licensing and implementation agreements Supporting clients onIT infrastructure deployment and outsourcing arrangements Advising ondata licensing, distribution and commercial supply agreements Working with businesses intechnology, media, publishing, retail and hospitality sectors Providing commercial advice to theUK and EMEA operations of US-owned companies Advising onintellectual property matters, both contentious and non-contentious Supporting clients onIP protection and potential infringement issues

For many clients, the firm acts asexternal legal counsel, providing ongoing day-to-day commercial advice and developing long-term trusted relationships. Clients & Sectors The team advises clients operating across a range of sectors including:

Be aUK qualified Solicitor with 1–5 years PQE Have experience incommercial contracts and technology-related work Possess strongcontract law knowledge Demonstrate excellentlegal analysis, drafting and communication skills Have an interest in or experience advising onintellectual property mattersincludingtrademarks, patents or infringement claims

Experience or exposure in one or more of the following areas would be beneficial:
