The Commis Chef supports the 3 Michelin Star kitchen, while developing further their knowledge and experience. Chefs with at least 1 year of fine dining experience and a professional qualification who want to join a professional high-quality kitchen and develop their knowledge and creative talent are welcome. Our kitchen menus are designed by Masterchef Pierre Gagnaire and Head Chef Daniel Stucki and has a French inspired European style. The Lecture Room & Library is opened 7 services per week, from Wednesday to Saturday and has retained 3 Michelin Stars since 2019. What is Sketch?
