We are seeking a Commissioning Manager with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects and extensive expertise in complex mechanical and electrical systems.

This role presents a remarkable opportunity for a talented Project Commissioning Manager to play a crucial role in the ongoing growth and expansion of a company with a robust order book for the upcoming years.

Commissioning Manager Responsibilities:

* Lead and oversee all commissioning activities on-site, ensuring effective planning, management, and project closure.

* Manage and mentor a team of direct reports to foster development and success.

* Supervise the commissioning tagging process, ensuring adherence to established procedures.

* Provide insightful progress reports regularly for both internal and external stakeholders.

* Facilitate and lead weekly commissioning meetings, guiding project progress and activities.

* Conduct daily whiteboard meetings focused on commissioning to keep the team aligned.

* Attend weekly commissioning meetings with the main contractor and clients, delivering updates on progress.

* Collaborate closely with project planners to develop a comprehensive project commissioning schedule.

* Ensure precise tracking of the testing and commissioning workforce using daily Labour Allocation Tracker sheets.

Commissioning Manager Requirements:

* At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

* Relevant technical qualifications in electrical or mechanical fields, or industry-recognised certifications.

* Proven experience working with a well-respected MEP contractor.
