Commissioning Manager – Commercial Project Central London Permanent/ Contract Options available. £85,000 - £95,000

Looking for a commissioning role where you genuinely own the process from start to finish? This is an opportunity for an experienced Commissioning Manager (CxM) to take ownership of a high-profile commercial project in Central London, with particular responsibility for the commissioning and integration of MEP and BMS systems. As Commissioning Manager you will manage all commissioning activities on site, ensuring mechanical, electrical, and BMS systems are inspected, tested, integrated, and commissioned in line with project specifications, programme requirements, and industry standards.

The Commissioning Manager will:

* Lead and manage the overall commissioning strategy, including BMS, mechanical, and electrical systems, through to successful handover

* Coordinate commissioning activities across subcontractors, direct labour, and site trades to ensure smooth BMS and M&E integration

* Manage ITCA activities, witness testing, and commissioning documentation in collaboration with Project Engineers

* Oversee QA/QC, handover documentation, as-built information, and Health & Safety file contributions

* Act as the primary point of contact for commissioning progress, resolving BMS and system integration issues to protect programme and quality
