We are recruiting a Communications Officer to join our team, helping us plan and deliver a full programme of engagement opportunities for our 60th anniversary year; drive membership of the charity and recruit volunteers; and deepen engagement with the cause across multiple audiences and touchpoints. We're looking for someone who will embody our values of being Attentive, Ambitious, Achievers and will bring all their communications experience to the organisation at an exciting and busy time. About the role The Communications Officer has a key role to play in planning and delivering communications to key stakeholders including carers, members, supporters, volunteers, partner organisations, and staff. The post holder will write, edit, co-ordinate and publish content across various channels, including the website, social media, digital, print and through integrated communications and marketing campaigns.
