complex adaptations

What you will do: Manage complex cases
involving long-term and chronic conditions, providing vital support to clients.
Conduct manual handling assessments
and develop comprehensive handling plans.
Perform postural assessments
and prescribe specialist seating and wheelchair solutions.
Assess and implement environmental adaptations , recommending minor and major modifications such as stair lifts and fixed hoist systems.
Supervise and mentor
junior Occupational Therapists and OT Assistants.
Autonomously manage a diverse community caseload , ensuring high-quality care and outcomes.
Maintain exceptional clinical records
and organisational skills for efficient workload management.
Requirements: HCPC registration
(mandatory).
Experience in
complex adaptations and manual handling .
Must be a
car driver
due to travel across Ceredigion.
