You will enable people to live as independently as possible with dignity, promoting general wellbeing and respect for their wishes and preferences, by providing support in line with policies and procedures and individualised support plans.Location: Peterborough Housing Related Support (HRS) ServiceSalary:Up to £28,040.46 per annumContract:PermanentYour week: 37 hours per week (rolling rota, Monday through to Sunday)Snapshot of Your RoleThis is what your day will look like as our Community Support Worker:Updating andmaintainingrecords, as well as reporting and documenting any issues. Ensure that individuals are supported in understanding and managing their licenses, maximizing their income, paying their rent and utilities, reporting repairs, and using available facilities.
