Key Responsibilities Carry out a variety of joinery tasks within occupied and void social housing properties. Undertake repairs, maintenance, and installation work to a high standard. Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations. Provide a professional and courteous service to tenants and clients. Requirements Proven experience as a joiner, ideally within social housing or domestic settings. Ability to carry out additional basic multi-trade tasks (e.g., minor plumbing or plastering).
