Completions Team Leader – Bridging Finance This Team Lead role sits at the heart of deal execution — owning the journey from credit approval through to drawdown, keeping momentum across the pipeline and ensuring customers, brokers and internal teams all get a first-class experience. What you’ll be doing:

Leading day‑to‑day deal progression from credit approval to completion Coordinating with Lending Managers, Underwriters, solicitors and valuers Overseeing KYC / AML and onboarding activity ahead of drawdown Managing pipeline activity, MI and SLAs using internal systems (nCino exposure ideal) Supporting system enhancements, process improvement and automation initiatives Acting as a senior operational point of escalation within the team

What they’re looking for:

2–5 years’ experience in lending operations / completions (bridging preferred) Strong grasp of onboarding, KYC/AML and third‑party management Delivery‑focused, organised and comfortable juggling multiple deals Someone who enjoys improving processes, not just following them
