You will be fully supported by our expert management and clinical team, but we are looking for someone with a strong background in complexcare who can confidently hit the ground running. Role Requirements: We are specifically seeking a carer who has experience with complex needs and is fully trained and competent in the following areas: Buccal Midazolam

PEG

Suction and Neb

BiPap

Essential Criteria: Must be fluent in English

this is a specific request from the clients family

Proven experience in a complex care role

Up-to-date mandatory training and clinical competencies (or willingness to update through us)

Reliable, compassionate, and able to build trust with the client

Enhanced DBS (or willingness to undergo one)

Self employed or willing to register
