In this role you will manage compliance systems, lead audits, maintain NERS accreditation standards and work closely with operational teams to ensure best practice is embedded throughout the organisation. The Role:Lead the company through the process of becoming an ICP and achieving NERS accreditation.Create and manage company policies, procedures and compliance systems.Ensure all high voltage work meets industry, legal and safety standards.Organise staff training, competencies, authorisations and certification records.Carry out audits, manage non-conformances and drive continuous improvement.Act as the main contact for accreditors, clients and external compliance bodies.
