Job Description
An urgent permanent Performance and Compliance Manager is required for a globally iconic site in London W1.\n\nThe main function of the role is to support the performance of a key contract through the production of reports, management / support of KPI / SLA performance and implementation of business improvement activities to show continuous improvement.\n\nIf you have a Technical Engineering background then that would be ideal and you would meet the criteria for the upper salary banding.\n\nExperience such as but not exclusively CAFM would be ideal.\n\nThis is a Facilities Management role and this experience is crucial, please only apply if you have specifically Building Services and FM experience.\n\nWorking on behalf of a very large UK based Building Services company on their flagship account.\n\nDoing the basics brilliantly a guiding principle of the business and drives every activity.\n\nRole and Responsibilities\n\n * This position will support the Account Manager, and Helpdesk in the running of a key Account, and will involve:\n\n * Review the performance monitoring model for the account in relation to the running and operational of the day-to-day helpdesk/scheduling activities and interaction with the operational teams.\n\n * To monitor, action, and ensure adherence to SLA/KPIs for both planned and reactive maintenance\n\n * Educating, training, and supporting the account teams in the performance model and ways to improve performance / communication.\n\n * Supporting the design of business processes for the scheduling of Planned and reactive tasks.\n\n * Developing and issuing performance and operational reporting.\n\n * Attending and contributing to internal and external performance meetings\n\n * Acting as the central coordinator for business improvement with regards to schedule and KPI adherence\n\n * To have a very good knowledge of CAFM systems / pay mech and performance reporting / management\n\nLooking to interview now and appoint ASAP
