a Concreate Operative

on a

full time

basis. Job Overview As a member of the production team, the Concrete Operative will be involved in a wide range of duties within the factory environment, playing a key role in the delivery of our cast stone products. Position Type:

Full time - 45 hours a week, Monday to Friday (06:00 - 16:00) What you will be doing: Including but not limited to: Filling moulds with wet and semi-dry concrete. Stripping, cleaning, oiling and reassembling moulds ready for reuse. Setting moulds with fixings and reinforcements as specified. Operating the mixers. Floating, etching and blinding-in the finished goods. Cleaning down the plant at the end of each shift. Maintaining a tidy work environment. What you will need to succeed: Essential: Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently Ability to prioritise tasks in line with production targets and health & safety requirements Excellent time keeping, attendance and flexibility with a positive attitude Desirable: Construction/manufacturing industry experience Experience manufacturing concrete Forklift truck license What you will receive in return: £13.57 per hour with potential production bonus What you need to do next: If you are interested in being considered for this position, please contact
