Construction Administrator My client are a growing business providing new build housing in the UK working closely with local councils, housing associations and registered landlords delivering affordable mixed tenure and high-quality private developments across the North West.Administration RoleYou will be working in a busy office environment providing administrative support to the construction and commercial team, duties will include:Provide administrative support to the Construction Director and wider team, as well as PA support to Directors when neededAssist with preparing and tracking health and safety documentation across all sitesCreate and update procedure manuals and site setup paperworkOversee vacant site visits, including handling all required pre-entry documentationCoordinate and log training for site staff, working closely with the Seddon Construction training teamKeep track of team holidays and absences within the construction departmentManage safety systems such as Wise and PowerPlusProcess and approve weekly timesheets for site staff in collaboration with payrollCompile and produce management reportsTake meeting minutes, manage diaries, and handle general administrative tasksDistribute monthly NHBC RI reports to both senior management and construction teamsWork with the Directors' PA to organise annual site meetingsMaintain plot records and upload relevant certificationAct as the main point of contact for the construction departmentProvide cover and support for administrative colleagues during absencesHandle all responsibilities with a high level of confidentiality and professionalismThe ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills and the ability to fully operate Microsoft Word/Excel and PowerPoint. You will have a professional attitude and approach to work, be confident, self-motivated and be flexible and adaptable within the team. This will be a Monday to Friday role, based out of their office in Warrington, office hours 8.00am - 4.30pm.
