On Behalf of Arup, we are looking for a Construction Manager for a 12 Month contract based in North Fleet London (Part-time 2 days per week) Candidate Profile: Key accountabilities, skills & experience What you'll do: Act as the on-site Construction Manager, coordinating contractors and stakeholders. Ensure works are carried out safely and in line with site safety requirements. Oversee construction activities through multiple phases:

First 6 months: Predominantly civils-focused works (e.g. drilling, groundworks). Following phase: Transition into the installation phase. Final ~3 months: Support testing and commissioning activities.

Provide general site supervision and progress oversight throughout the project The skills you'll need: Valid CSCS card (essential). Strong experience working on live construction sites, with a good understanding of site safety. Background can be Civils, Mechanical, or general Site/Construction Management.
