The company focuses on Industrial and Commercial new build projects, experiencing annual turnover growth and employing over 50 staff.\nWith a busy 2025 ahead, the company is expanding its construction team to meet project demands. They are looking for a Project Manager with a Main Contractor background to support the team\nThe role\nJoin a leading Regional Contractor as a Project Manager overseeing new build commercial & industrial projects.\nYou will be site-based.
All sites are 1 hour from Milton Keynes\nKey responsibilities:\n * Lead daily site operations, managing site teams, subcontractors and direct labour.\n * Develop, monitor and update project programmes and schedules.\n * Manage project budgets, procurement and cost control.\n * Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality and environmental standards.\n * Liaise with clients, consultants, supply chain and local stakeholders.\n * Chair regular site meetings and produce progress reports.\n * Deliver projects on time, within budget and to specification.\n * Promote a positive, collaborative working culture on site.\nRequirements:\n * Proven experience as a Project Manager within a main contractor environment.\n * Strong background delivering new build projects, ideally valued between £5m–£15m.\n * Industrial or commercial experience.\n * Excellent leadership, communication and client-facing skills.\n * Solid understanding of construction methods, HSEQ and project management best practice.\n * SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work\n * Full UK driving licence.\nContact Sally Whittingham by phone or email to apply\nProject Manager / Project Management / Industrial / Commercial / Milton Keynes
