We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association, who are looking to appoint a

Construction Quality Manager

on a Permanent Contract. This will be a full-time position based in

North London , with hybrid working and a salary of

£55,000 per annum The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a similar role preferably in the housing sector Duties will include (but are not limited to): Maintain a regular presence on various project sites, conducting inspections and keeping detailed records as evidence of work quality Oversee fire safety for properties Act as a key member of the Special Projects team Prepare regular reports on the performance of constructors and subcontractors Identify non-compliance issues, building defects, and snagging concerns Address issues with Project Managers, Employers' Agents, Contractors, and other stakeholders Ensure compliance with both internal standards and all relevant statutory regulations, contract documents, and legislation Experience required: Experience of snagging and handover of projects Experience of inspecting projects, mainly relating to defects, replacing cladding and fire safety from inception through to project handover Experience of auditing information prior to commencement of works Skills, knowledge and expertise required: Understanding of the client relationship with Contractors, contracts and related documentation Thorough knowledge of building process and the roles of the different profession Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Knowledge and compliance with relevant Health and Safety legal requirements Rewards and Benefits: 27 days annual leave, rising to 29 days after five years' service and 30 days after 20 years' service A non-contributory pension of 8% Death in service benefit of four times your salary and an income protection scheme in the event of serious ill-health A flexi-time scheme Participation in a performance related pay scheme that gives you the chance to earn an additional 5% of salary A health cash plan, an employee advisory service and a gym or exercise subsidy of up to £200 a year A cycle to work scheme, offering substantial savings on bikes and safety equipment Working hours
