Construction Tutor

Location: North Kent Salary: £27,500 - £30,000 per annum Contract Type: Permanent Hours: Full-time (37 hours per week) Start Date: ASAP

What you'll be doing

As a Construction Tutor, you'll deliver high-quality, hands-on training to small groups of learners-typically no more than 8 per group. You'll help them build confidence, complete vocational qualifications, and develop the skills they need to progress into further training, apprenticeships, or employment. Your responsibilities will include: Planning and delivering engaging construction lessons and workshops

Setting up and managing practical classroom/workshop environments

Monitoring learner progress and providing feedback and support

Assessing coursework and contributing to qualifications
