Construction Yard Manager We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Construction Yard Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our clients busy construction and plant yard. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing yard activities, supervising operatives, and ensuring the efficient organisation, storage, and distribution of construction materials, plant, and equipment to support site operations. This role requires a strong understanding of construction site logistics, plant management, and health & safety compliance, ensuring materials and equipment are available, maintained, and dispatched efficiently to project sites. Duties Oversee all construction yard operations, including the storage, organisation, and dispatch of plant, tools, and building materials. Manage the loading and unloading of construction materials, plant machinery, and equipment for delivery to and from project sites. Supervise yard operatives, drivers, and labourers, ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently.
