mechanical or chemical engineering Some post graduate experience as a production engineer, manufacturing engineer, process engineer or continuous improvement engineer ideally in a process manufacturing environment (paper, tissue, fabric, foil, film, coating, plating, lamination, plastic, paint, composites, casting, steel, batch chemical all relevant) and knowledge of principles such as machine speeds, tensions and temperatures. Experienced in machine-based manufacturing processes, accustomed to diagnosing machine and process based issues, happy to work closely with maintenance to resolve equipment based problems Knowledge of Lean tools
OEE, SMED specifically
