The Opportunity
As FM Administrator, youll be at the heart of the Redhill head office, supporting daily operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. This is a varied, fast-paced position offering exposure across multiple departments and clear progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Providing comprehensive administrative support to the office and engineering teams
Managing day-to-day clerical duties and ensuring smooth office operations
Handling incoming calls and email enquiries professionally and efficiently
Welcoming and directing visitors
Preparing spreadsheets, reports, and presentations for senior management
Organising and maintaining company documentation and filing systems
Coordinating meetings and travel arrangements
Supporting basic finance functions
Receiving full industry and systems training
