Insight Executive Group are working on a Contract Compliance Manager role for an FM service provider on a healthcare contract in Reading. Our client is looking for strongPFI understanding, ideally from a healthcare background who has worked within compliance/audit area.\nThis is a permanent position with a starting salary of £70k and an ASAP start.\nThe successful Contract Compliance Manager will be responsible for:\nLeading the commercial compliance across the PFI agreement, ensuring alignment with contractual and regulatory obligations\nComplex contractual terms and translate them into practical compliance solutions\nProactively monitor contract risks and ensure issues are resolved swiftly with all parties (Trust, SPV, internal)\nTrack and report commercial opportunities, service variations, and financial impacts\nEnsuring all financial data is compliant with NHS governance and reporting standards\nThe successful Contract Compliance Manager will be able to demonstrate:\nExtensive experience in managing PFI commercial contracts (preferably within Soft FM or healthcare)\nStrong financial acumen and experience handling performance-based payment mechanisms\nProficiency in CAFM systems, Excel and commercial reporting tools\nExperience in stakeholder engagement, contract interpretation and commercial governance\nIf you match the above criteria and are interested in the role, please send your CV through for a chat – many thanks
