You will be managing the catering aspects for an outstanding, commercially driven contract. About the position: The ideal candidate will come from a similar background within Contract Catering or retail. My client is looking for the best, and needs someone who has the right work ethic, great influencing skills, trouble shooting and a motivator of their team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, quality driven individual who is passionate about food and service. There is a team of 30 to oversee and is a busy commercial operation spanning 5 retail outlets and busy hospitality, turning over circa £2.5 million.
