One of our international clients is delivering a major offshore wind development as part of the East Anglia TWO (EA2) project. We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join their team and drive all contract‑related activities across the project lifecycle. This role will act as the key interface between commercial leadership, project delivery teams, and external stakeholders to ensure effective contract execution and risk management.


The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing contract administration, applying Yellow FIDIC principles, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring all contractual obligations are met to support the successful delivery of the EA2 project.


Position: Contract Manager

Location: Hybrid (London – 3 days onsite per week)

Contract Type: Freelance

Contract Length: Approx. 2.5 years

Start: April


Responsibilities:

  • Lead contract management activities across the East Anglia TWO project
  • Apply strong working knowledge of Yellow FIDIC to manage and administer project contracts
  • Serve as the key link between management teams and on‑site delivery teams
  • Proactively manage contract risks, obligations, claims, and variations
  • Ensure contractual compliance and alignment with project delivery timelines
  • Engage with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and contract execution


Profile:

Essential

  • 8–10 years of experience in contract management
  • Minimum 5 years in offshore wind, having completed one full project lifecycle
  • Strong understanding of Yellow FIDIC
  • Proactive, commercially minded approach
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills


Nice‑to‑have

  • Prior experience with large‑scale UK offshore wind projects
  • Contract negotiation or claims management background
