Contract Manager

We're looking for a Contract Manager to join our Sheffield - Westfield School.

Location: Sheffield - Westfield School - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required.

Hours: 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 08:30 am to 17:30 pm.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Contract Manager, you'll be working within the Oldham Schools team, supporting them in delivering high-quality facilities management services across PFI educational sites.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  1. Managing the financial performance of contracts and maximising margin.
  2. Leading a team of mobile/static workforce and subcontractors.
  3. Developing client relationships to ensure contract retention and future opportunities.
  4. Ensuring delivery of services in line with contract KPIs and SLAs.
  5. Attending monthly financial and performance review meetings.
