We work on some of the regions most significant structures, delivering high-quality restoration and repair projects that preserve important buildings for future generations.Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, we are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our team based in Northwich, managing projects across the North of England.This is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering technically interesting projects within a respected specialist contractor.The RoleThe Contract Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple projects from pre-start through to completion. Projects typically range from £5k to £1m and include conservation, restoration and specialist faade works.You will manage several projects simultaneously while working closely with site managers, clients, subcontractors and specialist craftspeople to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.The role will involve a mixture of office-based work in Northwich and regular site and client visits.Key ResponsibilitiesManage projects from pre-construction through to completionDeliver multiple projects concurrently across the North of EnglandPlan and manage project programmes and delivery schedulesOversee commercial performance and project budgetsManage and support site managers and supervisorsMaintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholdersProcure and manage subcontractors and specialist tradesEnsure works meet conservation, restoration and quality standardsMaintain high standards of health and safetyMonitor project progress and resolve delivery challengesExperience and SkillsWe are looking for someone with strong construction delivery experience, ideally within restoration or specialist works.Essential:Proven experience managing construction projectsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong organisational and communication skillsExperience managing subcontractors and site teamsPractical understanding of construction processes and materialsDesirable:At least 5 years experience within restoration, heritage or specialist construction worksBackground in stone, timber, masonry, faade or concrete repair worksExperience working on historic or listed buildingsConstruction-related qualification or degreeWhat We OfferCar or car allowancePension schemeHealth Shield healthcare plan23 days annual leave, with the option to purchase up to 3 additional daysWhy Join QuadrigaQuadriga is a specialist contractor with a strong reputation for delivering complex restoration and conservation projects.
