Circa £90,000 + travel expenses


Foublue have partnered with a forward-thinking consultancy specialising in engineering and project support services across Utilities, Rail, Infrastructure and Renewables. Their growing team is dedicated to delivering safer, faster and more efficient project outcomes while continuously innovating to meet the evolving needs of the industry.


They are now seeking a dynamic Senior Third-Party Agreements Manager to spearhead all third-party contracts and statutory consents critical to delivering a major infrastructure project.

Step into a pivotal leadership position where you’ll shape the strategy, governance, and execution of key third-party agreements. You’ll own the entire lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to stakeholder engagement and risk management whilst ensuring every piece falls perfectly into place for smooth project delivery.


Responsibilities of the Third-Party Agreements Manager:

  • Develop and manage the end-to-end framework for third-party agreements, ensuring compliance, risk prioritisation, cost control, and timely execution
  • Maintain a comprehensive agreement register and oversee budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring no work starts without signed contracts
  • Lead contract drafting, negotiation, and finalisation, navigating legal and commercial complexities to protect project interests
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across utilities, authorities, rail networks, environmental agencies, and landowners through strategic engagement plans
  • Lead, mentor, and guide a multi-disciplinary team, providing expert support on consent pathways
  • Deliver management plans, progress dashboards, financial reports, stakeholder communications, risk logs, and detailed close-out dossiers
