You will be responsible for overseeing multiple

civils and groundworks

projects, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This is a key position within the business, offering autonomy and the opportunity to make a real impact. Key Responsibilities

Managing multiple contracts across civils and groundworks projects Overseeing site teams and ensuring projects run efficiently Ensuring health & safety and quality standards are maintained Client liaison and relationship management Commercial oversight, including budgets and cost control Requirements

Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within civils and/or groundworks Strong leadership and organisational skills Excellent communication and client-facing ability Commercial awareness and project management expertise Package

Salary: £50,000
