Contracts Manager
to join our team. This role is integral to ensuring the successful delivery of our projects, maintaining excellent client relationships, and safeguarding the financial performance of our contracts. You will work closely with project teams, clients, and suppliers, managing contracts from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage contracts across multiple high-end projects, ensuring compliance with legal, financial, and quality standards.
Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, variations, and agreements with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Provide commercial advice to project teams, including risk management, cost control, and dispute resolution.
Monitor project budgets, cash flow, and profitability, ensuring timely reporting and forecasting.
Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and consultants to maintain strong professional relationships.
Ensure all contract documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in high-end residential, commercial, or heritage construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, and project management processes.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results to exacting standards.
