brickwork contractor , is seeking an experienced

Contracts Manager

with a residential housing background. Brickwork experience or previous Site Manager experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day management of housing developments Manage site teams, subcontractors, and agency staff Ensure projects run on time, within budget, and to programme Maintain high standards of Health & Safety compliance Ensure compliance with NHBC, LABC, and building regulations Attend weekly Sales/Construction meetings Quality control, snagging, and site inspections

Requirements

Experience with large house builders at Site Management level Strong knowledge of H&S and building legislation CSCS card, SMSTS, and First Aid Excellent organisational and leadership skills
