With a pipeline of exciting new developments and a commitment to craftsmanship, sustainability, and customer satisfaction, we are looking for a talented Contracts Manager to join our senior site leadership team.
The Role:
As a Contracts Manager, you will oversee multiple residential sites at various stages of development. You’ll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality, health & safety, and customer care.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor multiple housing developments across the region.
*
Lead and support site teams, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
*
Liaise with commercial, technical, and customer care departments to ensure seamless project delivery.
*
Monitor programme and budgets, ensuring works are delivered efficiently.
*
Ensure health, safety and environmental standards are rigorously upheld.
*
Build strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
*
Provide regular progress reports to senior management.
About You:
*
Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the house building sector.
*
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
*
Excellent knowledge of construction programmes, quality standards, and NHBC/LABC regulations.
*
Ability to drive performance and foster collaborative working across teams.
*
Full UK driving licence (essential).
