They’re now seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their growing team and lead the delivery of multiple construction projects from pre-start through to final handover. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key leadership role in a company known for versatility, precision, and high standards.
About the Role
As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously—ranging from bespoke residential developments to commercial refurbishments and external works. Working closely with site teams, subcontractors, and clients, you will ensure that each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
