Major HVAC Service & Maintenance | London | Senior Commercial Appointment | Growth-Focused Business

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Contracts Manager to take commercial ownership of our largest Service & Maintenance agreements across a diverse portfolio including hotels, commercial offices, retail estates and residential developments.

This is a senior, client-facing position focused on contract performance, compliance, margin protection and strategic growth. The role will suit a commercially astute HVAC professional who understands both the technical and financial drivers behind successful long-term maintenance partnerships.

Alongside managing major service contracts, you will also lead the commercial tendering and negotiation of larger HVAC installation projects, strengthening our capability to secure higher-value capital works. Installation delivery remains with our Project Management team following a structured handover.

The Opportunity

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and protect the performance of major HVAC Service & Maintenance contracts.

You will act as the senior point of contact for key clients, ensuring contractual compliance, site performance and commercial stability. Working closely with service and engineering teams, you will ensure obligations are met while maintaining strong financial control.

You will retain ownership of revenue, margin and variations across your contracts, ensuring they remain commercially viable throughout their lifecycle. A key aspect of the role will be overseeing the generation and conversion of remedial works, ensuring opportunities are identified, accurately priced and delivered.

You will:

• Lead pricing and submission of larger HVAC installation tenders
• Review specifications and identify commercial risk
• Negotiate terms, clarifications and contract structures
• Protect margin and cashflow position
• Conduct structured commercial handover to the Project Manager upon award

In addition, you will strengthen our capability to secure larger HVAC capital installations by leading commercial tendering, pricing, and negotiation. From first enquiry through to contract award, you will protect margin, manage risk and position the business competitively in the market.

Installation delivery remains with our Project Management team following a structured handover.
