You will also provide leadership and support to Scheme Managers, Project Managers and Site Managers across a portfolio of works.This role will also have oversight of operational resources and depot activities to ensure projects are delivered efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the safe delivery of multiple civil engineering and infrastructure projectsEnsure works are carried out in line with health, safety, environmental and quality standardsPrepare and review key documentation including Construction Phase Plans, RAMS and job packsProgramme and coordinate labour, plant and materials to maximise project deliveryDevelop and maintain strong client relationshipsSupport the tendering process through site visits and reporting for pricing purposesIdentify and manage temporary works requirementsMaintain accurate project records to support commercial and operational teamsProvide leadership, guidance and mentoring to project and site teamsRequirementsPrevious experience working as a Contracts Manager within civil engineering or highways infrastructureStrong knowledge of NEC contracts and programme managementSMSTS and CSCS Manager CardExperience managing multiple projects and site teamsStrong understanding of health & safety and quality management processesWhats On OfferCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunity to work on long-term infrastructure frameworksLeadership role with genuine influence on project deliverySupportive and collaborative working environmentOpportunity to grow within a stable and expanding contractorHow to ApplyIf you are interested in finding out more, we would love the opportunity to speak with you!
