We're looking for a Contract / Commercial Manager to support business operations by providing practical commercial guidance and helping manage agreements with clients and suppliers. This role sits within a central support function and works closely with teams across the organisation to ensure a consistent, well-managed approach to contracts and business risk.
The Role You'll help review, draft, and manage a range of commercial agreements, support negotiations, and provide day-to-day advice to colleagues on contractual matters. You'll also contribute to maintaining processes, supporting compliance activities, and helping the business manage risk effectively.
Key Responsibilities Review and support the preparation of contracts and agreements
Assist with negotiations and supplier/client discussions
Provide clear, practical advice on commercial matters
Support contract changes, issues, and queries as they arise
Work with internal teams to maintain consistent processes and standards
Contribute to risk tracking and general governance activities
About You Experience in a commercial, contracts, or procurement-related role
Strong communication and stakeholder skills
Good attention to detail and a practical, solutions-focused approach
Confident contract negotiator
Desirable: Relevant qualification or professional background
Familiarity with structured contract frameworks within engineering or energy sector
