Conveyancing Paralegal

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join our clients Residential Conveyancing Department. Based in their Milton Keynes office working Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.
You will provide high-quality administrative and legal support to Fee Earners and Solicitors, playing a key role in delivering a first-class conveyancing service to our clients.

To be considered for the role as Residential Conveyancing Paralegal you will
* Support Fee Earners/Solicitors with residential conveyancing matters from instruction to post-completion
* Manage administrative and legal tasks including searches, Land Registry applications, SDLT and mortgage redemptions
* Liaise with clients, estate agents, solicitors and lenders, handling enquiries and providing updates
* Prepare and maintain files, assist with exchange and completion, and support billing and financial processes
* Use the case management system effectively while ensuring compliance, confidentiality and CQS standards
To be considered for the role as Residential Conveyancing Paralegal it is essential that you have:
* Minimum 6 months’ experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal or in a similar role
* Familiarity with the residential conveyancing process
* Strong understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to work to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, diary management)
Desirable
Experience using case management systems
Law Degree and LPC or equivalent qualification (CILEX, CLC)
