The Role Managing a varied caseload: freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity Delivering clear, proactive client communication throughout each transaction Supervising and mentoring junior/support staff Supporting marketing, networking and business development activities Providing cover for colleagues during absences Ensuring compliance with regulatory and risk procedures Maintaining up to date knowledge of conveyancing law and market trends About you Law degree, LPC, CILEx, Licensed Conveyancer-or strong experience without formal qualifications Proven residential conveyancing experience with the ability to run files independently Confident using case management systems and digital workflows Strong written and verbal communication with a client care focus Ambitious, proactive and keen to develop professionally Collaborative and supportive team player Why Join This Firm?
