The Conveyancing Solicitor duties to include: Dealing with both sales and purchases of HNW transactions
Remortgages
Transfers of equity
Both freehold and leasehold matters
Able to handle a caseload with minimal supervision
Obtaining land registry documents
Submitting and reviewing searches
Registering titles
Stamp duty
Qualifications for this Conveyancing Solicitor opportunity: Solicitor of England & Wales
1 years + PQE within the area of Residential Conveyancing
