Position: Feed Coordinator (Fixed-Term Contract)
Location: Stradbroke Office
Salary: £26,400 - £32,000 per year (depending on experience)
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (flexible start and finish times available, 8 hours per
day)
Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract until end of September 2026

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office software
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Able to work independently and use own initiative
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Previous experience in agriculture or a similar role required and highly advantageous
• Full UK driving licence
• Own car required

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with farmers and suppliers regarding feed and sundry deliveries
• Coordinate with vets, field staff, and nutrition teams on feeding plans
• Arrange feed recoveries and movements with hauliers
• Create reports for internal teams and suppliers
• Manage biosecurity database for feed mills
• Plan feed collections and movements between farms
• Respond to administrative and invoice queries
• Ensure efficient ordering of feed and farm sundries
