Corporate Commercial Solicitor (Legal Director), 6+ Years PQE, Worcestershire, £80,000+ (DOE) - An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor to step into a pivotal Legal Director role with a well-established and growing firm in Worcestershire. JOB REF: 2139. \n \nTHE ROLE: \n• This position is ideal for a senior lawyer who thrives on complex, high-value work and enjoys building long-term client and professional relationships. \n• As Legal Director, you will play a key part in shaping the firm’s corporate and commercial offering, advising a diverse client base of individuals and businesses on a wide range of matters \n• Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements such as terms of business, supply and distribution agreements, service and franchise agreements, and asset/share purchase agreements \n• Advising on corporate structures, including shareholder, LLP and partnership agreements \n• Providing strategic advice on company restructures and reconstructions, shareholder and warranty disputes, business sales, mergers and acquisitions, partnership deeds and related issues \n• Taking an active role in business development by strengthening local professional networks and contributing to the firm’s continued commercial growth \n \nSKILLS REQUIRED: \n• Qualified Corporate Commercial Solicitor with a minimum of 6 years’ PQE \n• Proven experience managing a broad and complex caseload with minimal supervision \n• Strong commercial awareness, exceptional attention to detail and excellent organisational skills \n• Confident working to deadlines and engaging at a senior level with clients and referrers \n \nON OFFER: \n• Competitive salary of £80,000+ (DOE) \n• Comprehensive benefits package \n• Genuine career progression and the opportunity to play a strategic role within the firm \n• This is a rare opportunity for a senior corporate commercial lawyer seeking a leadership position with real influence and long-term prospects. \n \n \neNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
